So how were the Kale chips? My mom has been making them and I'm dying to try!

CC - They were surprisingly delicious! Just don't expect them to actually taste like chips. I also put too much salt on one of the batches, so I would be aware of that (however, YOU might like it that way!).

quinoa is my current obsession, yum! and I've never had kale chips but I love braised kale with an apricot glaze. mmmm!

How long and at what temp did you cook the kale chips? We tried some, but they were kind of burnt... We could see the potential, though.
